Ben is a clean tech veteran and expert in energy transition markets in the US and Australasia where he has worked in a number of investor, developer, and owner/operator roles, including co-founding a grid information and control specialist, Edge Electrons.
Ben is currently Head of Assets and Operations at ProtonH2, which aims to produce the most cost-effective hydrogen in the market, leveraging legacy oil and gas infrastructure. He is also the Managing Director at H2 Genesis, a liquid hydrogen infrastructure and services company.
He previously held leadership and expertise roles at Shift Energy (financier, developer and operator of solar power systems in Japan), Goldman Sachs (energy & power advisory), and CERA (natural gas and power markets).
Ben graduated from Harvard University with a Bachelor’s Degree in East Asian Studies and Natural Resource Economics.
